Sri Varaha Stuti (Varaha Puranam)

Brahmā and the Devas said:
The gods praised Lord Varāha after He rescued the Earth from the cosmic ocean and destroyed the demon Hiraṇyākṣa.

• Meaning:

1. Glory to You, O mighty Lord Varāha! Victory to You, O upholder of the Earth, O Achyuta, who tore apart the great demon Hiraṇyākṣa — most skillful and divine protector of the worlds.
2. You are without beginning and end; none exists beyond You. At the dawn of creation, You become Brahmā, the four-faced creator Himself.
3. You sustain the universe as Vishnu, and at the end of the cosmic age, You assume the form of Rudra, the fire of dissolution, absorbing all beings back into Yourself.
4. O Divine One! You are the indwelling soul, the doer of all actions. Even the gods cannot fully comprehend Your supreme, formless essence that transcends Brahman itself.
5. O Vishnu! Be pleased. Restore the Earth to her original position so that all beings may dwell upon her once again. The assembly of gods humbly offer this praise to You.
