Sri Parashurama Stuti

1.    Lord Parashurama, the son of Sage Jamadagni and Renuka, gave the Earth to the Brahmins after destroying the pride of the Kshatriyas. The mountains became its boundaries, and the oceans were filled by the waters of his sacrifice. May that mighty son of Renuka bless you with strength and prosperity.
    2.    His mother Renuka, who endured trials, and his father Jamadagni — their lives symbolize divine truth. Parashurama’s bow shook the universe; his wrath cleansed the Earth with the blood of the wicked, restoring purity for the sake of the virtuous.
    3.    May Parashurama, the ornament of the Jamadagni lineage, radiant with divine vows and wielding the blazing axe, protect us always. He satisfied his ancestors with the blood of tyrants and consecrated the Earth through the great Ashwamedha sacrifice.
    4.    May the noble sage of the Bhargava clan bless you with prosperity — wish-fulfilling trees at your door, sacred cows, jewels of wisdom, and divine knowledge flowing like nectar. He is the destroyer of unrighteous kings and the protector of truth, the shining jewel that adorns the Earth.
