Sri Tripura Sundari Stotram 2

This stotram praises Goddess Tripura Sundari in ten beautiful, symbolic forms. Each verse presents a distinct divine aspect that helps the devotee meditate deeply upon Her Sri Vidya presence. She is first visualized as seated on a white lotus, shining like pure crystal, representing speech, clarity, and purity—the very essence of Vak Devi. Meditating on Her removes confusion and grants eloquence.

She is the daughter of the Lord of Mountains, beloved of Lord Shiva, radiant like the young crescent moon. She dwells in the hearts of all beings, enchanting them with bliss, granting prosperity, peace, and inner harmony.

She appears with lotus in hand, worshipped by Brahma who emerged from the lotus, glowing like a precious ruby. As the wielder of the five-flower-arrows, sugarcane bow, noose, and goad, She embodies the five Brahmas—creation, preservation, dissolution, concealment, and grace.

She resides in the six-petaled lotus, is worshipped as the mother of Skanda, and is established at the center of the sacred hexagon—symbolizing Sri Chakra’s deep secrets. She is half the body of Shiva, revealing the Ardhanarishvara principle of cosmic balance. She grants the eight forms of prosperity, is served by the guardians of the eight directions, and shines as the embodiment of the eight divine forms of the Supreme.

She is adorned with nine gems, worshipped by the nine great masters, and appears eternally young and radiant. Finally, She is celebrated as the Queen of Kanchipuram—resplendent with golden garments and ornaments, the presiding deity of the sacred Kanchi Peetham.
