Frequently Asked Questions

Help with your Bhaktiya app and account.

How do I delete my account?

Use the account deletion request form. Deletion is permanent. Opening the form does not delete your account. Saved readings and preferences stored only on your device are separate from account data; removing the app clears its local storage.

Why does the app need location permissions?

The current Bhaktiya Expo app does not need location access to read stotras, bhajans or devotional songs. Location-based features on other versions or services may have different requirements.

How do subscriptions work?

The current Bhaktiya Expo app does not offer subscriptions. If you have a billing question about a purchase, contact support with the store and purchase date. Do not send card details.

What is your refund policy?

For an App Store or Google Play purchase, use that store’s refund process. For other billing questions, contact support.

How do I enable push notifications?

Open Profile in the app to manage notification options and daily reading reminders. If permission was denied, enable notifications for Bhaktiya in your device settings. Remote updates require an internet connection.

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Check your connection and install the latest app version, then retry Google or Apple sign-in. You can continue as a guest to read. If the issue persists, report the issue with your device, app version and error message. Never send passwords or sign-in tokens.

How is my data protected?

Read our Privacy Policy for information about the data we collect and how it is used. For questions about your information, contact support.
