8. Bearing the conch and discus, decorated with the forest garland, resplendent with divine glory — I bow to the Supreme Lord Krishna.
9. Whoever recites this holy Krishnashtakam early in the morning will have the sins of countless lifetimes destroyed merely by remembrance.
